Actually during my many years of living in Central America, I have not seen any so-called effects of climate change. There has been bad weather, including hurricanes, but generally the weather is pretty good. That's why many gringos are retiring there and many other Americans take vacations there. I'd like to see your data on an increase in the frequency of Atlantic hurricanes.
