Actually the biggest sources of greenhouse gases are the oceans, rivers, lakes and moist fields. Water vapor by far is the largest greenhouse gas. Carbon dioxide is pretty minimal, but plants really like it. If as you say, we should drastically reduce the emissions of carbon dioxide, millions would die.
