I am sorry that I was not more specific for folks not in the U.S. I referred to the many billions wasted with companies promising to control the weather during the Obama administration and the estimated $390 billion US that Joe Biden is seeking to pass to reward all the Democratic followers who promote the carbon dioxide hoax.
