It seems you are being critical of Christianity by using excerpts from the Old Testament. There is a lot to be critical about in the New Testament, but snippets from Chronicles, Deuteronomy, Zechariah, Kings and Leviticus do not cut it. You could start with Jesus urging people to give up all that they have and to follow him. That has puzzled Christian thinkers since the beginning.
