The Second Amendment is color-blind. Every decent person should consider carrying concealed after appropriate training and practice. And they also should decry the gun battles that seem to take place weekly in some of our larger cities. I think that the woman who dropped the potential mass killer in West Virginia was black. I have not seen her identified in the press.
