The writer shows an amazing lack of knowledge of jurisprudence. The U.S. Supreme Court is supposed to interpret the Constitution, not follow public opinion. From a moral perspective one does not have to be religious or Christian to think killing babies is reprehensible in most cases. But if the writer thinks that abortion is strongly supported by the public, then she should not be concerned as the decision making in this situation now falls on the states.
